I usually don't expect much from these types of places and find myself correcting my order almost every time I visit, which isn’t a big deal. However, this time they got my meal order completely wrong. When I pointed it out, they didn’t fix it. After receiving my food, I informed them again that it was incorrect, but they simply walked away. I then had to go into the store myself to get the rest of my order, and I had to deal with three different people, yet it still wasn’t right. While my expectations are low, you would think that after having to correct something three times and physically going into the store, the manager would apologize instead of charging me extra and claiming that I hadn’t been waiting 20 minutes when in reality, I had indeed wasted that amount of time.
