Last time I went through drive thru woman was rude ,obnoxious, sour faced, when I asked for receipt she said when I get food at nxt windows I'd get receipt. (Usually when u pay at 1st window they give receipt) And as usual they stuffed up our order. It's shameful our macdonalds. Kids love maccas otherwise I'd not go there. I usually don't expect much from these types of places and find myself correcting my order almost every time I visit, which isn’t a big deal. However, this time they got my meal order completely wrong. When I pointed it out, they didn’t fix it. After receiving my food, I informed them again that it was incorrect, but they simply walked away. I then had to go into the store myself to get the rest of my order, and I had to deal with three different people, yet it still wasn’t right. While my expectations are low, you would think that after having to correct something three times and physically going into the store, the manager would apologize instead of charging me extra and claiming that I hadn’t been waiting 20 minutes when in reality, I had indeed wasted that amount of time.
