However, the worst part of my experience was when I called to report the issues. The first time, I was placed on hold for seven minutes. When I called back to speak with the manager, I overheard her tell an employee that she wasn't taking any calls before hanging up on me. I tried calling back several times, but no one answered. I plan to return to this location tomorrow to request a refund for the unsatisfactory meals I received tonight.
