I went into the store around noon and I understand it was busy. But seeing one of their employees working on mobile orders by himself while they had three others working on drive thru orders was absolutely ridiculous. I even heard the employee ask why he was doing it by himself and the MANAGER said “you got it”, when he was obviously slammed with orders as well. Completely unacceptable, and management was very dismissive. Do better.
Used the kiosk because we have food allergies so some food items had to be omitted. Food came out with the food items we can't have. Had to go back and have the food remade. Then we were asked if we wanted to keep the messed up order because it would have been thrown away. We can't have it so unfortunately it was a waste of food. Service: Dine in

Taco Bell is normally fine. But this time when I went around 2 days ago it gave me food poisoning! I got the chicken cantina bowl and a burrito.
