Absolutely fantastic! We stopped by during our Kiwi Experience Bus trip, and it turned out to be one of the best nights I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the teamwork is impressive. I participated in the Greenstone scavenger hunt, which was an unforgettable experience that I doubt I'll ever have the chance to do again. What User doesn't like about Lake Mahinapua:
A place with poor signal, they told us that “sorry there is no WiFi, we are in the middle of nowhere” but if you go to the toilet you could see a staff recruit sheet sticking on the saying “free WiFi after your shift”. Is this a kind of fraud? The dinner they offer is a little below average and the place is too small (I came with the kiwi experience group and there is like around 70 people in total). What an amazing night! Easily the best night I've had in New Zealand so far. The drinks were fantastic, and the singer was incredible! I didn't expect such a great performance. If I ever come back, this will definitely be my go-to spot!
The food was excellent, the staff were amazing, carving gemstones was an enjoyable experience, and the party was fantastic!
