I ordered the pepper balls, mac n cheese, potato salad, and candied yams. My husband ordered the fried catfish, mac n cheese, candied yams, and crawfish hush puppies. We both really enjoyed our meals. Now I feel so full I could use a pillow and a blanket.

Ordering pickup online is from a pickup location a couple blocks away. Not sure if this detail is why the food was bland. We got fried catfish, mac and cheese, greens, cornbread, red beans and rice and fried chicken. Everything was lacking flavor tremendously. We added salt to our food but it didn’t help the flavor. The only thing slightly enjoyable was the fried catfish which did have flavor and tasted fresh. We ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks. When we arrived we went to the delivery location and they directed us to the other location. Upon arrival there they had a line of about ten people, we only waited ten minutes but they had seats outside. The line moved fairly quick, this was my first time here and the customer service was amazing she helped me build my plate. The amount of food they gave us was ridiculous, I ordered rice and chicken stew, Mac, yams, and fried chicken all for only $15.00!! We sat down and ate our food and everything was scorching hot and seasoned well. So glad I decided to come here, I even got to meet the chef and he was really nice. I will definitely be returning soon and I also look forward to trying the sweets they had inside the building next time!
