I come to this Panera very frequently as part of the Sip Club program. Highly worth joining as a bus commuter since the bus stop is just outside of the restaurant. Arrived at 2:30, well after the lunch rush. Every single table was dirty, 3 to 4 employees standing around. The overall atmosphere was poor. The restaurant doesn't look like it has been cleaned properly for months. Unappealing! Will not return. View all feedback.
