I want to emphasize that all five of these stars are for Janine, the only employee at this particular Subway. This incredible young woman remembers my order after just one visit, always greets customers with a smile, and offers exceptional customer service. She works faster than anyone should have to. 2 of the 3 workers there were great! But the guy that made my sandwich acted like he’d rather be somewhere else. He didn’t ask what type of bread I wanted and half listened to what I was saying which led to him putting on a wrong condiment. I don’t wanna sound picky, but he squirted the mayonnaise basically in one spot. One minute I’m thinking I need some mayo, next bite I have a mouthful. My sandwich was sorta just tossed together.

2 of the 3 workers there were great! But the guy that made my sandwich acted like he’d rather be somewhere else. Ordered 2 different sandwiches online and subway put the same contents on both sandwiches. Like they didn't even bother to read what went on my sandwich, just my gf's. Thanks guys ?

I had a fantastic first visit to the Subway on 181st! Early on a Sunday morning, I was welcomed by two friendly employees who made the experience enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
