The two others in our... read more My breakfast (eggs, toast and sausage) was extremely good. One other parties food (a breakfast skillet) was extremely small for the price. The two others in our party ordered fried steak and Gravy. The steak was extremely over done and harder then a puck!No flavor at all! I ordered a shake since I haven't had one in extremely long time decided to have one and the lady completelyforgot until after we were leaving and I reminded someone.

My... read more We have eaten at this shari's for years and it is usually really good, today it was awful. There was only 1 other table with people at it. Service was slow. My turkey bacon club came with a very small side of fries, the bread was soggy and greasy, nobacon with scant turkey and veggies. My wife had the prime rib French dip Phillie style. It had 1 slice of mushroom, 2 slices ofbell pepper and 2 bits of onion. All but 1 piece of onion was on 1 side of it with nothing more. The waitress did bring somebacon for sandwich and said they were training a new cook. It makes me wonder how anyone cooking could think such a minisculeamount of toppings would be sufficient. If I ever have an experience like this again I will cross Shari's off my list ofsuitable places to eat. I'm usually reasonable about reviews and understand extenuating circstances, but this was just notacceptable at all.

My waiter was a sweet older lady that had a brain tumor and she was still so fast and polite I was amazed. 5/5 stars for sure.
