We ended up sitting near the bathrooms, which further added to our discomfort, prompting us to leave. If the front of the house is dirty, it's hard to imagine that the back is any better. We were hoping to find a child-friendly spot, especially with our 18-month-old and another baby on the way, so this was quite disappointing. When I tried to order, the server informed me that the item I wanted was no longer available on the menu. I showed her the big picture of it, but she explained that the menu had changed and that they would be getting new menus soon. For now, the menu was outdated. I ended up ordering something else, while my husband chose the crispy chicken salad. When our food arrived, my husband found grilled chicken on his salad instead of the crispy chicken he had ordered. The server took it back to fix, but it didn't return until I had already finished my entire meal. The server did apologize and didn't charge us for the salad, which was nice. Regarding my burger, it also seemed quite small, leading me to believe that they have significantly downgraded the size of their burgers. Given these experiences, I would definitely hesitate to return to this restaurant again.
The food was delicious, although it was somewhat on the cold side. I enjoyed the overall experience, but as others have mentioned, the decor seems a bit outdated. However, my server, who I believe was named Francisco, provided excellent customer service and made me feel at ease. He even managed to make me smile, which contributed to an overall positive experience.
I placed a to-go order and didn't have to wait long to receive it, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect. The burger patty looked like it had been squashed and was burnt beyond recognition. I specifically ordered the Haystack Tavern burger without campfire sauce and with added ketchup, which is clearly stated on the receipt. Instead, I received a Haystack Tavern burger with added ketchup and an excessive amount of lettuce. This is now the eighth different Red Robin location I've tried for takeout, and they all seem to mess up my order in the same way. I'm just done with this brand. How can they charge $11 for a burger when I could get a better one at Wendy's for less? It's ridiculous that they even ask for a tip, which I did end up giving!
Uber order, burger and fries were perfect! Best burger I've had in years! They also paid attention to details, I never have to worry about my allergies here! Thank you!
Food is good, however the steamed broccoli can be a little underdone.

My dad and I planned to take my elderly aunt out for a nice lunch while we were in town, and Red Robin seemed like a great choice. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. My aunt’s burger was pink in the middle, all three of our fry orders were cold, and my dad's burger also had a pink center. To make matters worse, two tables that were seated after us and ordered after us received their meals before we did. We were informed that they had run out of fish and crispy chicken and hadn’t received their delivery. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had at Red Robin.
Great service. Had a cosmo for the first time, it was yummy. Good raspberry cream soda too.
I go here almost weekly. Most of the time they get my order correct, but on the times they don't it's miserable. Today they got it wrong, but they replaced it quickly so I'll give them a good job on that. However, when I got home and put the fries on a pan to refresh them they are really bad. Half are light brown and crispy (like they should be), the other half are dark brown, hard, and completely inedible. I don't mind if my fries sit for a under the warmer for a bit while they're preparing my order, what I do mind is when you cook my fries in oil that is so old and burnt that I can't even eat them. Please please please change your days and days old oil!!! I can practically smell the carcinogens! Hopefully next time will be better. -Really disappointed fry lover

Even with a few staff members present, it seemed like they could have helped improve the atmosphere simply by cleaning up a bit. Sadly, we won't be returning.

One of the best experiences we've had. Our waiter/bar back was super attentive to us and the 5 other tables he had. We came right before a rush this evening (Friday) and we got everything in such a timely manner! Everyone was really nice, and it seemedlike all the other diners were happy as well. The atmosphere in the bar area was nice. The only critique we would have is withthe fondue you can get as a side, it would be better to have it in a little ceramic dish instead of a plastic cup. It warped thecup and possibly affected the taste because it was just a little weird. But other than that we were super happy tonight.
Good location at Gresham Station. Service was great and food came out hot and fresh. Be sure to join their Red Robin Royalty Rewards program... you can get: 1. Order two pizza and arrived on time to find out they were Luke warm and not even what I ordered. I am from the Midwest were donatoes is very popular and was excited to get this out here in oregon and I couldn't of been more let down. I went back andgot a refund.
Had some issues in the past with this location but today my daughter and I ordered curbside pick up and I got there 10 minutes early. Called the number listed in the spot and they had literally just finished my food. They provided all the extra littlethings I asked for and honestly, the food was good, far better than times before. I think in the past they were struggling withstaff shortages (as everyone else did as well) but today was awesome!
We usually like this place but I?m not sure what?s up with denying service over an hour and 20 minutes before closing? ?We aren?t seating anymore tonight? when there?s tables open in the restaurant and bar and seems to be plenty of workers chatting itup while their mixing up to go orders for plated orders.

We hadn't been to Red Robin in years, and now I understand why. My burger arrived without any of the condiments that were listed on the menu. The "bottomless fries" turned out to be a joke. Once our food was served, our server disappeared and was nowhere to be found again.
The restaurant was unclean, and there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bar area that prompted our group of 13 to leave.
