Hope's Bake Shop Cafe - Gresham

We had the best experience with Hope and their team for our special celebration! They not only created a delicious almond pop cake with marionberry filling for my husband and I, but also crafted the perfect outdoor-themed groom's cake. In addition, they provided various cupcakes, bars, and gluten-free treats that were all adored by our guests. The desserts were not overly sweet, moist, and a hit during our summer event. Hope and their cake decorator were extremely accommodating as I made multiple changes to our order. We are looking forward to using them for future events!

I recently discovered this gem in Gresham! They offer delicious freshly baked cakes, coffee, espresso, and hearty specials. I tried the strawberry cheesecake cream, and it was simply delicious - perfectly whipped and not too sweet. I highly recommend trying their treats and supporting this small business. They have off-street parking and a convenient entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Wow! I am now a regular at this restaurant. I ordered 6 coconut cupcakes for my birthday, and they were able to accommodate my allergies. The cupcakes were amazing and reasonably priced compared to other companies that are located further away. I am very grateful for their service and will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

This bakery is absolutely amazing! they have so many things to choose, including gluten-free options. they are a great company to support and the owner's son has even an amazing band. they have a wonderful new baker called bria, who is simply transferring there, as well as she is so kreatiw and friendly. eat all their food!

Dec 9th 2021, Bought a cake for adult daughters Birthday, beautiful cake and detailed to simple pleasures. It was a banana cake 6 4 layers and 3 fillings of strawberry with a vanilla frosting. Almost too pretty to cut into ... looking forward to the moment . We get a Birthday once a year, treat your self, a loved one , a good friend. It always taste better with some one special. Enjoy and Thank you staff at Hopes Bakery....Beyond what I expected. Bless this little shop ..Check out their cinnamon rolls too and goodies.
