Jeremy, who was behind the counter, was incredibly helpful and came out to assist me right away. He resolved my issue in just 20 minutes and took the time to explain what was wrong with the car. As a single woman with limited knowledge about vehicles, I really appreciated his assistance and honesty. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone. Yesterday, I ask... read more I stopped by to get a replacement headlight bulb. The last time I did this, I installed it incorrectly and had to replace the entire headlight. Yesterday, I asked the cashier for assistance, but she seemed reluctant. However, as I was leaving, I met Seth, who was AMAZING. He finished up with his current customer and came right over to help me. He changed those headlights in under five minutes, and I couldn't be more grateful! This is definitely a store I'll return to for any future needs. Not only was Seth incredibly helpful, but his cheerful personality and great energy were fantastic too. Well done, Seth!

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile for their customers. I feel for one particular girl who is really lovely—every time I come in, I seem to catch her on her break when no one else is around to assist. Despite that, she always helps me check out with a smile on her face! That's what true customer service is all about! She definitely deserves a raise!
