Everyone was looking around wondering what was... read more There was 2 groups in front of me it wasnt even that full and it took about 25 mins just to get my grande drink. Everyone was looking around wondering what was taking so long, and a women complained her latte wasnt even hot and walked away. The one at the register did not know what she was doing and had to ask the whole time. The other barista was walking around with a rude appearance and attitude. They didnt apologize for the long wait or explain and they are always out of something. I will not ever come back to this starbucks until it is under new management with actual properly trained staff that actually enjoy serving and catering to customers without attitude.
