Also, the location on Covington Highway in Lithonia, GA, is quite dirty.

I ordered a white chocolate Frappuccino and a hot white chocolate mocha, but instead received a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. When I asked for a replacement, they insisted that they had given me the correct drink, which was not the case. I specified that I wanted a hot beverage, but they went so far as to insult my intelligence, claiming that the whipped cream was making the entire drink cold. While it's convenient to have a location nearby, the poor customer service makes it not worth the hassle. The baristas couldn't even be bothered to greet me with a simple hello.

Unfortunately, this locati... read more This Starbucks is the slowest in the area, and the baristas offer very little interaction. There are no questions asked about orders. Unfortunately, this location only accepts mobile orders that are paid for using a reloadable Starbucks gift card, which means I can't use my debit or credit card for mobile orders here. I've never had issues ordering from any other Starbucks, but this one is an exception.
