What Rick Winchester dislikes about Frillys:
We walked in and the place smells bad as soon as you open the door. I went to use the restroom and they were nasty!! Someone puked in the toilet, mostly, and just left it. The dining area was dark and dingy. Service was atrocious and the food was terrible!! The fries were good but thats it....Definitely will not be back.... View all feedback.

A bit smokey but the food was good! Our server was drunk but it is a bar so be prepared!

Absolutely horrible place. Service is horrible and i had them over charge me. If you are not sitting at the bar they wont even hardly help

Place was open but sat down nobody in building. Walked around back guy said lady not coming we are closed.

Sadly, we were the only customers there. Food was wasn't special but not bad.
