There's plenty of choice for side... read more I'm a massive fan of brunch, and the Point Bar didn't disappoint. The service was great, and quick, and the food was terrific. There's plenty of choice for side dishes. There's three options or formule, Sucre, Salé, or Sucre et Salé. Bring an appetite if you're going to attempt the Sucre et Salé!

There are several fixed menus and you can al... read more This cozy wonderful restaurant opened in my neighborhood just a month ago. I went to the Sunday brunch today. wow ! There are several fixed menus and you can also order a la carte and choose from a long list of side dishes : bacon, guacamole, sweet potatoes, chili con carne , carrots..the list goes on. They have fresh squeezed orange juice that is to die for. I had the petit menu sale two eggs, orange juice, hot drink of ginger, lemon and honey, two side dishes..for ~14 Euros. It was more than enough. The ambiance is cozy and warm. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It 's kid friendly and small dog friendly. You can 't go wrong here. They are open during the week from 8 8. you can stop by in the morning for a morning coffee and at night for an apero and snack. It 's nice to have a new restaurant in the 'hood.

Given the lack of people,... read more Somewhat despondent about the lack of places open for breakfast at 10.00 on a Sunday, I tried in hope to “google” places in Grenoble. Given the lack of people, and the closed signs everywhere it was with little hope we walked through the cold to Point bar. How pleased I am we did. We were immediately greeted by a warm and pleasant host, and had three fabulous choices of huge brunches. Brunch includes a fabulous selection ranging from pancakes, muesli, eggs (any way), bacon, mushrooms, dauphinois potatoes, beans, mushrooms, cheeses, hams, breads, croissants and more! All accompanied by fresh juices and good coffee. Even more fun is the selection of deserts such as carrot cake, brownie and panacotta that come with the brunch! Certainly a meal to see you through the day. Well priced and wonderfully friendly service. Most recommended
