Containment activity... yesterday afternoon, with three wonderful women, I had the chance to enjoy a Tunisian cooking lesson with offered by Leila des Délices d... read more Containment activity... yesterday afternoon, with three wonderful women, I had the chance to enjoy a Tunisian cooking lesson with offered by Leila des Délices d’Eventa, a beautiful and generous woman, that I had the immense happiness of meeting during a trip to Tunisia. We concocted a vegetarian couscous, a tuna and ricotta tajine, and gazelle horns. An afternoon of culinary discoveries, to laugh and to cook in virtual company of a few friends. A great experience!
