It is in an old stable (from which the name) that we eat (from below the road) - which explains that the entrance is discreet. there is also a terrace in the su... read more It is in an old stable (from which the name) that we eat (from below the road) - which explains that the entrance is discreet. there is also a terrace in the summer. the restaurant appears in a few guides (gault and Millau...). The husband is in the kitchen and the woman at the service. a menu that changes regularly with fresh products. I ate the home foie gras with well-prepared jars, very well cooked fish (no regret, there was no dauphinois gratin accompanied by dishes). I think it should be a standard for a stable;-) ... only a vegetable-componed potato accompanied all the dishes (fish meat). finally a dessert pie lemon meringue (not homemade but good).

It's a nice address, where the welcome of mme achard is charming and her refined husband's kitchen. pretty, comfortable and quiet dining room, beautiful terrace in summer, the number of covers is limited, it is better to warn, especially if there are many faithful! the restaurant operates noon and evening, with a special lunch menu. The map is short but subtle, very good products, which make the part of the regional, without excess, well worked. The lionel achard's foie gras is remarkable, the cassolette cassolette with anth offer a nice originality, very good calf ris in crispy, excellent magret. very good dessert at the Chartreuse. A map of the short but varied wines and of good quality. The cows that are very present in the decoration look very happy with their stable!
