I aske... read more Someone I know recommended this place to me. There are not a lot of choices. For the entrée, there are about 4 choices and 2 choices for the main course. I asked for a karkadé (aperitif that is made from flower.) For the entrée, I chose something wrapped with grape leaves. It came with slices of bread and pita. For the main course, I had the beef meat balls. The spices are definitely there but it's not hot. They also have chicken meat balls. For dessert, I ordered their house yogurt. It was quite light and tasty. There's honey, berries and some sweet crunchy stuff on it. 25 Euros for the whole set and I was satisfied. After dinner I had a chat with the owner since there was no one else in the restaurant. He explained the pictures on the walls and there's one picture of his village. It was a great experience given my first time trying Egyptian food and I'd recommend you to try it.
