What Daisy M doesn't like about Schloss-beck:
A butter gipfeli is 37g, after two bites, it is over. Laugen gipfeli is only 44g, it is not crispy at all in terms of texture it is quite disappointing. The gipfeli with chocolate is 51g, there is a trace of chocolate, also disappointing. The 2 different bread that I tried was also had very short fermentation, so not much flavor. Amazing cakes and pastry .. I missed some cream puffs with chantilly, chocolate mousse and vainille ;
Nicht so heimelig aber himmlischgut. Schade, dass man keine Nussgipfel bekommt ! Das Sortiment süss und sauer ist immens.
Freundlicher Service, guter Kaffee, hausgemachte Gipfeli, sehr schöne Vitrine mit feinen Leckereien. Das Brot ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Hebt sich von den Mitbewerbern deutlich ab.
Wenn brunchen, dann mit Brötchen vom Schlossbeck. Die Auswahl ist sehr gross und am Wochenende kriegt man auch vor Mittag noch etwas. Zudem bieten sie leckere Torten und Süssgebäck sowie Pralinen an. Die Öffnungszeiten 7/7 sind genial. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiter so!
