I placed a call to order and arrived 20 minutes later. When I entered and paid, my order wasn’t ready. After another 20 minutes, the same person asked if I was ready to order. It turned out my pizza had been ready for 15 minutes, and they had simply forgotten about me.
I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I went in after that time to pick it up. After paying, I was informed my order wasn't quite ready yet, so I accepted it and sat down at a table near the counter, thinking they'd let me know when it was ready. Unfortunately, they sent a message to my phone saying it was ready, but I didn't have my phone with me. If I hadn't stepped outside to talk to someone and grab my phone, I would still be waiting. The message was sent at 4:28, and not a single employee asked me what I was waiting for. It felt like they completely forgot about me. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I returned to the counter, where the same girl I had paid earlier looked at me and asked if I was picking up. They really need to be more attentive to customers who are waiting for their orders.

The service and food were outstanding. The chef made a tremendous effort to ensure that my husband and I were well taken care of!
It was worth the money. Nothing special about the food. Tamales were tasty but cold. The pizza was thin crust, and I prefer the hand tossed northeast style, so I wasn't impressed with the pizza. The Caesar salad was definitely as advertised, small, and not very satisfying but worth the price. Service was quick but impersonal by young high school seniors. We would dine next time we are in Granada on a Sunday evening.Parking: Ample shared parking lot with other adjacent businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: I had no difficulty maneuvering in the business. I did not try the restroom.I would have appreciated help with the door by the young servers when we were leaving, but they were too engaged in their own discussions.
