On one occasion in the drive-thru, I waited 35 minutes only to walk inside and find 6 out of the 8 employees sitting down, seemingly taking a "break" for reasons I can't understand. There appears to be a complete lack of management and no one who actually cares about providing good customer service. If I were the owner, I would definitely consider taking the lost revenue from orders they turn away out of their paychecks. Maybe then they would start to care.
