When I i... read more I was disappointed to find that there are no highchairs or booster seats available at this McDonald's. Additionally, the play area is currently closed. When I inquired about the availability of highchairs, no one could provide a clear answer on whether they would be getting them back, as they haven't had any for several months. Despite these amenities being listed on Google Maps, I attempted to report the absence of highchairs. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids to this location.

After years of these kinds of mix-ups, I'm just fed up. How hard can it be to get a biscuit order right?

They've eliminated the self-serve drink station, and none of the staff seemed particularly keen to take or refill drink orders, resulting in significantly longer wait times. While the employees I interacted with weren't rude, they certainly weren't friendly either; they appeared to be just going through the motions. During my visit, I noticed at least two customers returning their food, likely because it wasn’t what they had ordered. My order was correct, but the fries were excessively salty, and they forgot to include the dipping sauces for my nuggets, so I had to wait for those as well. To make matters worse, the ketchup bowl was empty, forcing me to wait again to ask for more.

I had to repeat my order multiple times to make sure it was correct, as she gave me very little feedback. We had stopped at a different McDonald's before coming to this one because we wanted more food, and we ordered the exact same items. Our order included a Hi-C with no ice, but the moment I tasted it, I realized something was off. I compared it to the drink from the previous McDonald's, and it was completely watered down. You can see the difference in the photos: the drink on the left is from this McDonald's, and the one on the right is from the other location. Additionally, I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie, but received a medium instead. I'm hoping the McDonald's up the road near Lowe's is better because I'd rather take a few extra minutes to drive there than come back here again.
