Hardee's - Greer

The service was terrible! The lobby only had one customer waiting when I came in and I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. The assistant manager said nothing to the employees about picking up the pace to get the orders out. The front cashier kept taking orders and not getting any out. Instead, he walked around clapping his hands together. Things didn't change until the manager had came back to the store. As soon as she got there she spoke to the employees and got things moving very quickly. The manager is to be commended on a job well done. However, the assistant manager told the manager when she got back that they got busy all of a sudden, which was a lie. If that was the case, why did she not get the employees to pick up the pace. Once I received my order, and got home, I was very disappointed. I only got 6 hash browns on my breakfast platter order. This is ridiculous!

Hardee's original fast food. What can you say? The biscuits are always perfect. Thanks for showing up to work and serving the people who can't go not even a day without one of your business. Thank you hardies. You've always been there for us and you are the best

Every time I stop at the Hardee's in Greer, I get cold food. Never going back to this one. The Hardee's in Lyman is top-notch .

Wish I had the option to put zero stars! We did a door dash order tonight and after waiting over 30 minutes the door dasher said Hardee's will not hand them our food after we been waiting! Unacceptable Hardee's. Take responsibility and grow up do your job! Isn't that what you get paid for??? Anyways, I will not be using Hardee's ever again losing customers not good Hardee's not good!
