We were seated right away, and our food was served promptly. However, when I returned to my seat and glanced up at the ceiling tiles above our booth, I noticed they were stained with black mold. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she said there was unfortunately nothing she could do about it. I appreciated her honesty, but I was taken aback that they were aware of the problem yet still chose to seat customers in that section.

When I arrived to pick up a customer order, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes without any assistance. Eventually, someone acknowledged me and directed me to the back, where I found three more customers waiting for their orders. After waiting another five minutes, a young African American girl with braids came over and informed me that she was busy and had not yet been able to bring in the order. This was a large order, and it ended up wasting a lot of our time. I wouldn't recommend picking up orders here if you're using GrubHub, as the service leaves much to be desired.
