So I?m waiting and waiting and waiting 15 minutes go by, workers walking back and fourth it?s 4 employees behind the counter andworking drive thru. One of the employees finally comes over to say oh honey we asking people to use the machine I stated themachine is for card only correct to make orders? The employee says ?shoot she got cash ? the older lady states oh well it?sgoing to be a minute she has wait cause we short staff. Meanwhile I have already been waiting to order. I just walked off. ThisDunkin Donuts has gotten so bad if not worst!!!!!!! Drive thru line out to the street now with the machine at the counter it?sworst because it?s just like ordering online and then you STILL HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR A CUP OF COFFEE! The service andattitude could?ve been better all the way around. They just ignore you. Don?t deserve a one star but the didn?t have a zerostar.

How... read more I come through and order a med vanilla latte every single morning. From time to time things get messed up, no one or business is perfect. I understand that. However, this 1 star review is because my order was messed up and when I asked for them to fix it. She looked at me like I was dumb and said she would add the vanilla. That was fine with me! Then I was riding down the road and took a sip after it cooled off slightly and no vanilla was added. The 1 star review is due to the cashier lying.
