This restaurant deserves zero stars. Do not come here. They make you wait in the drive-thru line for at least 10 minutes, and then they mess up the order in front of you.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is a disgrace to New Englanders. It's clear that they are not busy, yet they still can't comprehend why it would take half an hour to get through the drive-thru.
My friend and I met there to chat and both got drinks while we were there. the seating area was very clean and well equipped and the bathroom rooms were sufficiently clean. I ordered an icy latte and it was well done and tasted super.
The restaurant does not open until 6, as confirmed by a lady inside. The DD app was accurate in this information, earning it 2 stars. Yelp and the store were both incorrect in stating the opening time as 5, which is not in line with the standard opening time for restaurants.
