The food was tasty, but the service left a bit to be desired. Everyone was friendly, but I mentioned three times that I wanted crinkle fries and ended up with curly fries instead. Since they charged me for the curly fries, I didn't want to go through the trouble of getting a 30¢ refund, so I just ate them. While I was dining in, the drive-thru line was constantly long. One customer even came back inside complaining that he had waited 20 minutes, only to receive the wrong order.

I tried their crinkle fries, but I think I'll stick with the curly fries from now on. The service is quick and very friendly as well.

When I opened the box, it loo... read more I wasn't extremely hungry, but I thought I could manage a meal, so I decided to pick up a brisket meal to go from my local Arby's. When I opened the box, it looked fantastic—I’m glad I took a picture! Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. What’s that? No way... there’s a HAIR! I have the photo to prove it. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed! While they acknowledged the problem, their response felt a bit too nonchalant. When I tried the meal again, it was quite disappointing and honestly not even worth mentioning. To make matters worse, they made some offhand remarks about my complaint. What do they expect me to do, just eat it with a hair in it? All I can say is, BRING BACK THE HAIR NETS!

However, I've noticed they've switched to using shredded taco lettuce, which I don’t really like. If this is going to be their standard, I won’t be returning. It was much better before. Not a great change, Arby's.
