I have been to this take away many times over the last 7 years. We have seen the owners change with no drop in quality. Prices are fare but decent takeaway food is rarely cheap. The lady at the counter is always polite helpful. Beware if ordering in shop on a Friday evening, you will have a long wait. I would def recommend to phone order collect/home delivery. The food from here was swimming in grease, literally couldn't eat it. Park Inn at New Market Green/Middle Park is 100% nicer and they deliver too.
The menu seemed very appealing, but the food did not meet our expectations. We were extremely disappointed with the taste and could not finish our meal. Regrettably, we did not return to address our concerns.
The customer service was good and the delivery was quick, but unfortunately, the food was terrible. It was overcooked and soggy, and it seems that the quality has declined since the restaurant changed management.
This place does not take complaints very well. My daughter got a delivery from there wen food came chicken was hard and rice smelt funny. They gave her her money back but told her she cannot order frm them anymore . So do they want 2 dish out **** food and no one is allowed 2 complain. REALLY !!!!
