This restaurant was the perfect setting for my birthday celebration. I started with a champagne toast and escargot, although the escargot was a little on the hard side. My boyfriend had the tuna tartare, which was delicious. For the main course, I had the hake dish and it was served just in time before they ran out. It was delicious, and to finish off the meal, we had the chocolate mousse which was better than expect... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Le Penguin:
