the female staff or manager at this place is so rude. instead of apologising that people do not understand what they say (mispronciation, accents and the mask) it will blame the customer. she also likes to lend her employees to customers instead of leading them to a task. The customer service at this location is abysmal, absolutely abysmal. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for a coffee.
Terrible service and messes up my drink every time I go. I ask for the most simple drink ice coffee and almond milk) and receive whole milk and sugar almost every time. Highly advise not going!
Fresh hot coffee... you go there often enough, they remember what you want and treat you very well
