Since I often visit during Covid when only the drive-thru is available, that really highlights the quality of their service.

I placed an online order, which was supposed to be ready before I arrived, but I had to wait for my order to be picked up, even though the food was already prepared. The meal was hot and seemed fresh.

They advised me to contact DoorDash for a refund and mentioned that they would remind the staff to wear hairnets. I was surprised because I thought that was already a standard practice. Now, I'm trying to reach the owner of this Zaxby’s. If I'm unable to contact them, I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau or another appropriate authority because I am thoroughly disgusted by the whole situation.

There were plenty of employees there, yet only talking toeach other while looking at us and turning their backs. Maybe y?all were better off keeping the door locked because yourcustomer service face to face is lacking.
