Now I understand why this location has a sanitation grade of 90. This is simply unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The DoorDash driver claimed there were no drinks to deliver, while the Wingstop employee said the driver refused to accept the drinks. It's unclear who is being dishonest here. I paid nearly $8 for two drinks, and now I'm being told that they can't be refunded.

The staff doesn't acknowledge customers at all, and it often feels like orders take forever to prepare. I've witnessed customers waiting for over 20 minutes while their orders sit neglected on the shelf. Clearly, there’s a lack of communication among the staff. The overall atmosphere is chaotic and unprofessional. Be prepared to wait far longer than you should for your food, and don't count on enjoying the wings—they're not worth the hassle. I ordered for myself tonight for the first time, and the wings were poorly sauced and seasoned; definitely not worth the wait. I won’t be coming back.
