First of all, absolutely delicious food, which is why I rated my experience as high as I did, however... placed order quite early in morning 3hrs prior to reque... read more First of all, absolutely delicious food, which is why I rated my experience as high as I did, however... placed order quite early in morning 3hrs prior to requested pick-up) while doing orientation for new job, set pick up time for about halfway through our lunch break in order to field phone calls from family prior to eating and to give rush of other team members several minutes to subside somewhat. On arrival, was told that order was for X time (which it was on the dot), and that it would be ready momentarily. Observed several other orders handed out, including a couple that were ordered in person, while I waited. When I noticed I had only 4 minutes left to get back to other building and be in seat for class I advised staff that I could not wait any longer and requested they simply refund my purchase to my card. Staff insisted I wait as the order was just about to come off the grill rather than give the requested refund. All attempts to explain that I needed to get back to my orientation (and to not give a bad impression on my first day) were met with similar response, a plea to just wait, its almost ready Ended up leaving with 2 minutes until classes resumed with most of my order (no chips, no cookie). Fortunately, I was not the only one late returning, nor was I the latest, but it would have been a much more enjoyable lunch had it just been ready on time.

Food is so authentic and delicious and they seem to specialize in sweets such as cake and pies of which I tried the pumpkin spies that I really liked. Their customer service is so friendly and welcoming and orders get done so quickly. I would recommend Sunflower Eatery for those who are on the go or those looking for a genuine taste and appreciate authenticity in food.

You can tell that the food is fresh... read more I'm a very picky person when it comes to food, but this was and is by far one of the few best food places I've ever been to. You can tell that the food is freshly made by the taste. The environment is very nice for indoor and outdoor eating. The employeeswere very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
