The only thing I can say that I do not like is, the parking is atrocious, hate the parking lot.

Normally this crew likes to make mobile orders as close to the pick up time as possible so I waited to send my friend in at 8:36. Order wasn't supposed to be done till 8:39. I call and ask about thestatus since it has been 22 minutes and the manager Nicole was very rude. Asked for an order number when I said it was a mobileorder and got mad at me when she couldn't find it. Told her my name and she snaps saying she already called it 3 times yet wasntin the pickup station. My friend was in there till 8:36-8:45 and never once heard them shout my order. Told the crew to getTakoma whatever her name is her order. Good food and normally amazing stuff till my run in with the manager tonight. Do notdepend on mobile ordering. It'll either be shortly after you order or the 14 min eta it gives you. If you arrive 4 minutes intothat 14 min eta you stand there and wait in additional 22 minutes because they fail to place the orders in the pick up section.

Last week, while traveling from Ohio to my aunt's house in Erie, I decided to stop for gas and grab some food. My favorite Sheetz in Twinsburg never disappoints, so I thought I'd try this one. Angel provided excellent service when I ordered the Quesarito—it was absolutely delicious! I've never had anything that good from any Sheetz before. I was also impressed by her warm hospitality; she even recommended some local restaurants in case I return to the area. If Angel sees this review, thank you! I plan to bring my friend to try out the Majestic Bar Grille sometime. I rate this Sheetz a 10/10 and will definitely come back if I'm in the area again, not only for the friendly staff but also for the much better food than my local Sheetz!

Since we all ordered different items, it's clear someone didn't wash their hands before preparing our food.

I was c... read more I visit this Sheetz location regularly and usually have no problems. However, this morning at the counter, the staff wasn’t managing the lines properly. I was clearly next in line, but the cashier ignored me and acknowledged someone who had just stepped into a different line behind me. That person was definitely not next, regardless of the line they were in! The cashier kept overlooking me and then made a big deal about people not knowing where to line up, implying that I had cut in line. It’s not my fault she chose to look up at the wrong moment, especially when two other people were clearly ahead of that individual. I’m just trying to get to work like everyone else!
