The cashier's customer service left a lot to be desired; it was clear she was more interested in her phone than in helping customers. I was so disappointed that I decided to call the company and report my experience, which has now led to Pretzel Maker losing two loyal customers. They clearly overlooked us when it came to the pretzel coupon, and I left feeling very unhappy.
