Even my... read more After I ordered the pretzel, I also requested a large blue raspberry drink. However, when I tried the drink, it didn't taste like blue raspberry at all. Even my grandmother agreed that it didn’t taste like raspberry or look blue. When I brought this up to another cashier who had taken over, she insisted it was raspberry flavor, but it actually reminded me of the watermelon Jolly Rancher drink that was on a different coupon for Pretzel Maker. Instead of just replacing the drink, which is all I wanted, the cashier argued with me about the beverage I had paid for. Her customer service was rude, and she seemed more interested in her phone than in assisting us. I plan to contact corporate to report this experience because Pretzel Maker has lost two loyal customers. They completely ignored the issues with the pretzel coupon and the wrong drink flavor. I am very disappointed.

I ordered mozzarella balls, but they were out and didn’t bother to let me know, making me wait for over 10 minutes. I also ordered a cold cappuccino, but it was so watered down that it was nearly undrinkable. In the end, I was charged almost $20 for greasy, overly salty mozzarella balls and a diluted coffee. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I definitely do not recommend this place. To top it all off, I found a hair in the mozzarella balls! If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would.

When I informed the other cashier, who had replaced the first, she insisted that it was raspberry. The drink instead tasted like a raspberry Jolly Rancher, which was featured on a different coupon for Pretzel Maker. Rather than simply replacing the drink, which is all I wanted, she chose to argue with me over a large beverage I had already paid for. The customer service was incredibly rude, and it was clear that she had little interest in assisting me as she was too busy on her phone. I will be reaching out to corporate to report this incident, and as a result, Pretzel Maker has lost two loyal customers. They completely disregarded our concerns about the pretzel coupon and the drink, and I am very disappointed in this experience.
