I was visiting f... read more Great coffee and to my surprise, one of the baristas walked through and acknowledged several people by name as she mentioned they were closing. I was visiting from Minneapolis and have never been here! I even placed my order almost an hour prior too! The greatest irony is that I was reading Onward at the time where Howard Schultz goes over how his company had lost the personal touch that the barista demonstrated well here.
