What christina rondon dislikes about Indaco:
I wasn't very impressed with Indaco. The food and service were just okay. In the pork dish I ordered, the pork and reduction sauce were quite good, but the accompaniments were disappointing. The mixed field mushrooms were tough and rubbery, the turnip cubes were undercooked and bland, and the polenta was mediocre. My daughter's spicy seafood pasta lacked any spice; it tasted more like generic spaghetti sauce, and she... View all feedback.

Absolutely top-tier experience at Indaco! I made a reservation here because my mom and I were seeing a show at the Peace Center. The restaurant was immaculate, and the table setup was beautiful. We were greeted with a smile from the hostess and promptly seated. Our waitress, Sam, was incredible! Her warm personality and outstanding hospitality made us eager to return in the future. My mom, who is not the easiest to please, was thoroughly impressed! The cocktails were delicious, the entrees were perfect, and the dessert was heavenly. We didn't feel rushed and received just the right amount of attention from Sam. My mom is still raving about this experience. Thank you all for a wonderful time; we will definitely be back to explore more of the menu! The mixed field mushrooms were tough and rubbery, the turnip cubes were undercooked and bland, and the polenta was mediocre. My daughter's spicy seafood pasta lacked any spice; it tasted more like generic spaghetti sauce, and she struggled to find any octopus in it. My son-in-law had no complaints about the chicken parmigiana. The desserts were the highlight of the meal, yet still nothing extraordinary. The waitress was friendly, but our water wasn't refilled, and we had to request another bar drink twice before it arrived. Overall, it was an average dining experience.

I visited Indaco in Atlanta only once, so I was excited to try the Greenville location and see how it compared. Dining as a group of eight during Restaurant Week allowed us to sample a variety of courses through sharing. The highlights included the Pizza Margherita (an excellent benchmark for pizza quality), Beef Tartare, Pizza with Arugula and Prosciutto, Tagliatelle with house-made pork tesa (similar to pancetta) and egg, which is their version of carbonara, crispy Brussels sprouts, Sicilian Cauliflower, and Fusilli Nero featuring local Broadwater Shrimp's Jumbos. In my opinion, the Greenville location matches or even exceeds the Atlanta one, making it a fantastic addition to the local dining scene. The service was also top-notch.
