I understand you’re ready to go home but hours are set for service to be given until close. Truckers don’t have the luxury of grabbing food anywhere else and usually can’t help it if the only time they can make it in is just before close. Workers need some retraining.

I’m a truck driver and eat Chester’s chicken a lot and I can honestly say I don’t see myself getting tired of the food it is always good and everything taste li... read more I’m a truck driver and eat Chester’s chicken a lot and I can honestly say I don’t see myself getting tired of the food it is always good and everything taste like good home made southern food the only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because I feel like the portions are way to small I’m not even a big guy but always have to buy 2 meals just to fill me up and they are not very cheap over priced food seems to be normal at truck stops these days sad to say it’s the world we live in. The sides are very very good just way to small I always spend over 20 dollars just to get satisfied and that’s very over priced. Truck drivers are only valued to be taken advantage of and steal our hard earned money any way they can and that’s probably one reason we have a supply chain problem. It’s a monopoly because they know we have to eat and don’t have many options. Everything in truck stops is at least double priced if not tripled so as a truck driver you only get to bring home about half the money you make just so you can survive on top of that your away from your family all the time and until something is done the problem will only get worse.
