Santa Fe Mexican Grill - Greensboro

Food was great, but most of all we were Immediately greeted by the staff as soon as we entered the restaurant. The staff was EXCELLENT!!

This place never disappoints. Everything is good service is great

Food is usually really good here. Past few years service is a huge decline. Nice enough people, just slooooowww. Takes a long time to get refills

Me and my friends like to go here and eat a lot and we did not get the same experience that We normally do. our drinks were nothing but purée had to have them made again we had like three different servers come to us after they set us in a corner and we understand that you close at 10, but it was ridiculous at 9 o’clock to start sweeping and moving tables around us we had a young guy first as a waiter who may have been new, but didn’t know much on the menu, then We had another guy come as a waiter who was too busy flirting with our friend when I asked for utensils he kept asking her how much Spanish she knows and ignored my request. Lastly, we had a young girl come as a waitress at the end who then started asking them grabbing things clearing the table off while we were still sitting there and so none of my friends left a tip , because we tip in cash and it was not the original waiter. after I check my account this morning. They automatically applied a tip on our tickets. I normally let things like this just slide and go on about my day. However again. You applied a $4 tip to my ticket, along with my two other friends tickets they did the same thing. I CLEARLY MARKED THRU THE LINE AND PUT THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT AS THE TOTAL.

Quality of food was very basic. For example:chicken nachos just boiled chicken shredded up. Very bland and not appetizing You could tell the chicken was just boiled in a pot of water and cut up and put on the plate. The chips were sitting in boiled chicken water. Confirmed with staff if the chicken was suppose to be seasoned they said No and said there was other food that was. Customer service was fine until we left and was just giving the guy at the register a heads up about maybe being more detail for that entree. One of the waitresses thought it was appropriate to keep yelling Ciao! at us until we walked out the door. Plenty of Mexican restaurants in town would recommend others.
