El Camino Real Mexican Grill

Usually I have found this to be a better experience. Possibly an off night.

The lady at the front with the bangs is rude and spoiled my view for the entire restaurant. The phone call to place a pick up order sounded like she hates her job saying that the order I was placing sounds similar to an existing order a customer didn’t bother to pick up so she couldn’t take my order after getting passed that I tried to continue with my order she said I don’t understand you I’ll place the order for what I have and hung up on me. I didn’t even want to go pick the order because of how rude she was. After getting there the order was still incorrect which was no surprise and when I said something she rolled her eyes and huffed her breath. This was the second time I’ve been here and both times she was rude. I definitely will not be back. The owners should really reconsidered front of house because I’m sure I’m not the only business lost behind her!

Food was really good! I got one pupusa to give it a try and it was in the top 5 of the pupusas that I have had around town! The space is quite small so it does get full on a busy lunch hour but food and service was fast good!

Wonderful customer service and the food was great. We ordered Menudo, Papusas and Shrimp Fajitas and darn near licked the plate We will definitely return during our next visit to try the quesabirria taco's.

Nice menu options, friendly service, small and cozy spots to sit. Enjoyed the Tex burrito and Tecate beer. Excellent salsa and chips too.
