What User doesn't like about Kfc:
eating is not as good as it used to be, they have too many different ingredients huhn really no taste anymore and it is so small they know when they get huhn or something else, but the prices are constantly rising and the pieces of han or always smaller not enough for what they load them for it so I switched over I am now somewhere else, I have used it at least once in the week or twice to love once View all feedback.
4 pieces dark ordered, Diet Pepsi no Ice. The enlivened chit chat she envisioned led me to get a leg, thighs, chest wings. Drink with ice cream. A big side of the posture was free when I did not tell on ice. There were maybe 3 herbs and spices, 4 tops.
The cashier, Donna, was pleasant, personable and we enjoyed a good laugh with her on our way out the door. Although they were out of cups and I couldn't get a soda, they offered us a bottled water. Service was on point and food was hot. They still have grilled chicken which is an added bonus.
Just left this KFC and I am highly disappointed! My fiancé and I stopped to get food for us and our kids and the light skinned woman with freckles at the drive they window had an attitude and was very unpleasant. Our food order was all wrong. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got them. We asked for a little ice in our drinks and got a whole cup full!! One of my chicken little sandwiches had a chicken tender that was so hard it was not edible! Not to mention when we received our food we said ?Thank you? and she said nothing. Just stared at us blankly. Even after sensing she had an attitude my fiancé still said ?have a good day? as she was walking away and she rolled her eyes and didn?t even respond. I really don?t understand why she is even at work treating people like that. We will not be returning and she needs to take a vacation or quit!
When I say this KFC needs to get it together. The light skin woman working the drive thru is the WORST. She sounds and look depressing. Always has an attitude She should quit and find another job. My order was wrong and missing stuff. She just says here and close the window. There are plenty of people who would be happy to have her job. Hopefully they can hire a more friendlier staff member to replace her.
Train your employees on getting orders correct! And when to change your drink machine!!! Mt dew was horrible when I got home and I didn't even have ice, which I ordered that way to have a good drink not watered down. That didn't happen.
