I visited on the 14 of May. The food was good my only complaint is the 2 counters need to be cleaned off from time to time. The 2 Young ladies down to the register should take a second and clean up some of the things they dropped on the counter. It does not look good. View all feedback.

Not really one to leave reviews, but this store has butchered our online order several times now with no way to correct the issue (because of their lack of online/app support) short of driving 15 minutes back and standing in their 30 minute line again…. I know everyone’s short staffed, but chipotle is too expensive to keep throwing our cash away on wrong orders. The staff is always nice while you’re there, though!
Our last time in this restaurant RUINED it for us….. probably forever. The manager and other girl helping were so rude. They gave us and the customer behind us a little more than 1/2 of the serving you’re supposed to get. When we order toppings , we get them on the side because it’s a 40 minute drive home. You cannot re-heat your food with the cold toppings on it. The sour cream would be gross and possibly curdle. The cheese actually does not re-heat well unless it’s mixed in. If its not mixed in, becomes hard and will not mix into the food. It has to be pulled off and discarded. So you would either have to eat microwaved sour cream and lettuce, receive no toppings at all, or pay an extra $10 (for 2 bowls) to eat the meal the way it was intended and marketed. This has NEVER been an issue. We were charged $1.55 for each TOPPING as a SIDE ITEM!!!!!! A ramekin DOES NOT cost $1.55….. especially when bulk ordered by a restaurant. We emailed the corporate office. We was told, “We will let the location know. Thanks for your feedback.” That is unacceptable. We were very overcharged for a little more than half the food we were supposed to get. My wife is currently in OUR KITCHEN making chipotle for us. They pretty much lost very loyal customers.

Why?! Why do I keep allowing my kids to convince me to go back?! Every time I order online for pickup it takes FOREVER! Ordered at 620p tonight for a 630p pickup. It’s now 650p and no sign of my food. A few people waiting in the order line but not crazy. This place is not worth it. Why?
