In the past, this restaurant had a reputation for lacking in outdoor seating, but that's no longer an issue. They've added several picnic tables, so now patrons can enjoy their hot dogs and delicious ice cream while sitting outside! View all feedback.

Their ice creams are pretty good but I wouldn’t say there’s anything special about it. I’d probably come back if my friend or family wanted to go or if I was passing by and wanted a quick bite of something sweet. Also, I’m not sure if it was one of the employees or someone else outside the shop but I came out shortly to $6 on my car window and I think it was the exact same bills I used to pay for my ice cream. Great place for a fast meal. if they want hot dogs and ice. tasty ice cream on the farm. the hot dogs are boiled and pink, but bring them back suffering childish remembrance! yum yum has been a pillar of the uncg and greensboro community for many years. a great place for a taste of nostalgie.
The friendliest fast service, the best ice cream, glass bottles of your favorite soda, and good, cheap hot dogs! Long lines move very quickly and there’s a surprising amount of seating in and around the joint. Nothing beats a strawberry ice cream cone from Yum Yum after class.
Yum yums is an institution here in Greensboro. Great hot dogs and amazing ice cream. A true family experience and great for anyone with a tight budget. If you are visiting town, then go here otherwise no one will believe you went to Greensboro.
The best hot dog place around- you can't tell me otherwise! We visit every week. The staff, hot dogs, and ice cream are simply amazing. The picnic tables they added to the right of the building are an added bonus, especially in the summertime. They also take cards now. Yum Yums has the best, most nostalgic smell. I walk by the fan on the side of the building and it takes me right back to being 5 years old, getting hot dogs with my grandparents. Many generations of our family love Yum Yums. P.S. please bring back the lime flavor. It's my favorite!
Best hotdogs and ice cream place in Guilford County. The owner Matt and his staff are fantastic and they really do a great job. Very friendly, quick service, greet you as you walk in the door and go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your experience. Be sure to stop by and see Matt, I promise you won't be disappointed.
