How does a chickenstall not have the ingredients to make a chicken sandwich, its brot and huh. if they are made of a certain sandwich, all the ingredients are still there to make it so make it. incredibly lazy staff, just sitting around, scrolling on phones, saying they're out of things

Horrible place to go now all the tables are filthy and look like they’ve never been cleaned the food takes forever and we waited in a line of 3 people for 30 minutes until the cashier came up to take everyone’s order I’m just suprised their still open

Terrible! Awful customer service. they neverrrr make curbside orders when they are supposed to. 20 minutes AFTER I’m supposed to receive my food while I’m waiting in the assigned parking spot, I call and she says oh they will start making my food then hangs up. and btw this happened twice about a year apart. Both times I had to call the store myself in order to get them to start making my food even though I ordered through the app.UPDATE: waited an additional 10 minutes and still no food. Called again to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that, I would have to go through the app but it isn’t possible to cancel orders through the app. it’s a huge run around. Finally located the number of corporate and they will be getting an ear full when they open tomorrow
