Bojangles - Greensboro

I am puzzled as to how a restaurant specializing in chicken cannot provide the basic ingredients for a chicken sandwich: bread and chicken. Even if a certain sandwich is unavailable, the necessary components should still be on hand to assemble it. The staff appeared extremely lazy, lounging around and idly scrolling on their phones while claiming to be out of certain items.

The best ham biscuits in town. Despite a long line, service was fast.

We ordered the cinnamon biscuits, which were delicious as usual. The staff at this restaurant are very attentive and friendly.

The restaurant was incredibly busy and there was only one person working the drive-thru window. The cashier appeared to be overwhelmed, but it would have been nice if she had acknowledged me when I arrived at the window instead of walking away. Fortunately, the manager stepped in, kept things moving, and was very polite. I appreciated how smoothly they handled the situation and ensured that I was taken care of quickly, as well as the other customers.

I opted to stay in and have a meal with my grandson instead of going out. The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The music playing in the background was fantastic and the volume was just right for us to have a conversation. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.
