I may have been fortunate, but others have not been as satisfied at this restaurant. Personally, my experiences with their ice cream cones, milkshakes, and sundaes have been positive. However, it has been some time since my last visit, so I plan to return soon to see if my good luck continues. View all feedback.
What Preston Sikoryak doesn't like about Carvel:
No crunches. They have no crunches in their carvel cakes. How are you doing this to your customers. Your trademark cake doesn't even have the part that makes it special. How do you sleep at night ruining birthdays. There goes my 25th... Thanks carvel.. View all feedback.
While I had a positive experience with their ice cream cones, shakes, and decor, others may not have been as satisfied. However, I will give this place another chance to see if I continue to have good luck with their offerings.
The ice cream at this Carvel location is good, however, they often close before 9PM which is not consistent with the information provided online or outside of the store. Very disappointing!
Visited on national ice cream day soft ice cream was too soft...but tasted good .Fast service (just beat large crowd), even with the one server having to reload soft ice cream machine.

Worst carvel ever should be shut down. They need new owners they have stoners working the counter and the worst owners
