The waiter... read more Went to red robin’s at 9pm. They close at 10pm. I’ve been here before and had wonderful service. Tonight was the worst service I have ever received. The waiter was nice but my experience was not. I wanted to get a cheese pizza and then they said they were all out of cheese and weren't able to make their pizza. I got french fries and mozzarella twists. I got like 10 fries total and then I asked for more french fries since I did get an order of bottomless fries, and then I couldn’t even get any more fries because “they closed down their kitchen early and cleaned all their fryers already”. Ridiculous.

I was there last month and it was great. They changed the meat and it was terrible. I asked for Cole slaw instead of fries. Waitress failed to tell me that side would cost me 2 dollars more. I would never have ordered that. Bottomless if you are willing to wait. I can’t recommend this restaurant. I told waiter the sandwich was awful and complained that she did not tell me there was an up charge for Cole slaw. She didn’t give a damn. Stay away. There are better options.
