Montana Mike's Steakhouse - Greenfield

We just came home from here and the service was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. I'm really bad with names, but the Hostess/Host people were great to sit and greet us when we enter. Then our server Will (who is amazing with children) will let us know that he would be right with us. And surely he was with us before we knew. He took our orders, and everything was brought out right. Note: Someone helped him and brought it out for our server. Will be checked for us several times during our dinner and refilled my drink before I even ask so I was never without drinking. He particularly interacted with my children with my 4 year old conversation child who had much to say. It was really great experience. Will happen through the door when we have gone and helped to keep it open, so I easier with my girl and child in her carrier. And the bus boys (the people who clean the tables) also seemed great to do. A table nearby was emptied and cleaned while we ate. The food was delicious and the right temperature. Mini Corn Dogs for girls and I had Chicken Alfredo. The bathroom was clean. Even some prom children saw that my daughter loved her clothes because we were pretty close to the door. Amazing and I wish I could give more than 5 stars

The food was decent, but all our steaks were overwhelmed. The fried mushrooms and zucchini were okay, but a bit on the Bland side. Basically, this is exactly what you should expect for a chain ship. Our child at least cost her steak bites.

Always a great experience. The tuna steak was delicious today. Everything was. Emma was our server and she was on top! Super pleasant, addressed my son and was also kind to him, checked on us several times, etc.

The hostess and ground manager were friendly and efficient. Our server, Ashley, was attentive without being a hovering server. She had a bubble personality and a great attitude that were simple and not forced. She did good work, filled our drinks and kept empty dishes free. The appetizers were plentiful enough for a meal for most people, making them great for exchange. The Entree sections were in line with competition prices. Like so many restaurants Post Covid it seemed as if the kitchen had been short busy, as the ducks might have taken a little longer than you could normally expect. The food was well flavored and boiled to taste. Ashley made it a pleasant experience. We will return in the future.

Excellent dinner all around. We loved my food and the service was phenomenal. Our waiters name was Will and my whole family and friends will always ask for him. He was fast, friendly and funny. We never waited on a single drink and food was served quickly and hot. Also our food was delicious. We will recommend. Montana Mike’s every time.
