chief joseph review. restaurants were very nice, not a place for seniors who cannot claim to wait steps. I had her sea bass with spaghetti and sauce. the bass was dry and could use a beautiful wine sauce on it to keep it moist. the spaghetti sauce was due, no one liked. service was great. the restaurant could with and Italian chef. Chief Joseph Review: The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but it may not be suitable for seniors who have difficulty with stairs. I ordered the sea bass with spaghetti and sauce. Unfortunately, the fish was dry and would have benefited from a nice wine sauce to add moisture. The spaghetti sauce was bland and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The restaurant could really use an Italian chef to enhance the dishes.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. While our server was fantastic—despite being new and forgetting to check my ID—it was overshadowed by the rudeness of an older staff member. The chicken Alfredo was disappointing; I wouldn't even serve it to my dog. Although there were still over 20 minutes until closing, they began vacuuming right next to us while we were still eating. To top it all off, as I walked toward the back door to the parking lot, one of the male employees moved a trash can directly in my path. Overall, the prices are high for a very low-quality food and experience.
This is one of those places that gives you the illusion of authenticity so they can overcharge for food that is truly mediocre at best. I've dined there twice, after the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and dined there again only to realize that I should not have wasted my time or money. You could seriously buy a microwavable dinner that tastes better, and as for those things they call garlic knots, those are balls of dough that taste disgusting! Mcdonald's would be a better choice than this place!
Great food, new server did a great job, typical Italian atmosphere. Good find in a small town. Only disappointments were the tiny portion of salmon (not even 4 bites) and no bread on the table, had to buy bread sticks.
Love this restaurant! The spaghetti is good. The fettuccine is good. The pizza is must! The tiramisu is excellent. The owner and the manager are the nicest people and make you feel like you are their best friends ensuring that you have a great experience.
