Excellent service. Didn't catch her name but it was closing shift on 7/8/22. Very friendly and helpful. We drove off when we got our food but forgot our drink. She ran out the front to catch us to bring us our drink. Above and beyond service, especially late at night. Thanks again. View all feedback.

Just left the drive thru, waited 10 minutes for our food they didn't bring our drinks. So I went inside, and began to tell the employee standing at the literally counter who was not in the middle of taking an order. They make you feel like they would like you to leave.
I would love to review the food atmosphere but unfortunately every time I come, whether for lunch or dinner, weekday or weekend, the dining room is closed. Long John silvers is not a food that easily is eaten in the car. For the last two years it has been like this. I tried to be patient during the labor shortage but every other restaurant in town has managed to open their dining rooms with consistent hours.
Needs shut down horrible services. Food was horrible and makes your stomach upset. Very slow.
The food was gross!!! They forgot my wife's food and she tried calling didnt answer and then she went up there and now they ignored her and now are hiding. Very very disappointed. Will not be back!!! And want money back!!!!! Came in on 03/01/2023 at 7:45pm. O, and customer service was HORRIBLE.... heard person working drive thru complaining and cussing... They are not answering speaker box for anyone pulling up at 8:00pm. LEERAY IS AMAZING.... FINALLY AT 8:59 SOMEONE ACTUALLY HELPED MY WIFE... THE OTHER PEOPLE TOOK OFF AND THEN CAME BACK AND HIDED BUT LEERAY HELPED MY WIFE REPLACED CHICKEN THAT SHE WANTED!!!!
I continue to receive below average service from this facility. Is there a shortage or very high cost for you to give cocktail sauce? There is literally maybe a teaspoon of sauce in the soufflé cups. I have not received it so many times, that I called the Dasher to please ask for more. When she asked for it, the associate was rude to her and said I already put some in the bag. Then gave 2 more cups that were less than a teaspoon of sauce.
