There were no cars ahead of us, but we still waited about 5 minu... read more We stopped at KFC and went through the drive-thru on our way back from New York around 6:30 PM. There were no cars ahead of us, but we still waited about 5 minutes after being told someone would be with us shortly. My wife ordered a K1 meal with a thigh and drumstick, plus two coleslaws. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal along with two extra classic chicken sandwiches. When I was told they were out of buns for the third sandwich, they gave us three sliders instead. The sliders were ice cold, as if taken straight from the freezer. My wife received two tiny wings that looked like they belonged to a sparrow, mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw, and no thigh or drumstick. The service was slow, even though our order was simple. It took about 15 minutes to get the wrong items at a nearly empty restaurant. Now I understand why no one was there—the place is terrible.

I've heard this complaint from several customers at this particular location during my time as a delivery driver.
