Food was good but there was only one person working who was covering the drive through so couldnt take our order. There were at least 5 people outside on break and when they finally came back it took forever to get our food. They really haven't improvedmuch since reopening. Not in a hurry to go back. This was my first bad experience at this KFC TACO BELL franchise. There was a new GM there who was upsetting the employees. He was apparently trying to change everything from what I was told. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. The 12 piece chickenfamily meal was ready in 10-15 minutes from what I observed but he was pushing the orders of the screen to lower his times andmy food sat there. Luckily a employee who finished his shift asked me why I was still waiting. Then he realized when theycleared my order from the screen they forgot to give me my new nacho fries. I'm not one to go to the register and complain butit seems with this new GM pushing to clear orders off the screen, people are being forgotten and waiting a long time. I wasn'tthe first today to wait from what I was told. Hopefully everything gets under control because I like to stop here on my way homewhen my wife doesn't feel like she wants to cook.
WHEN are these companies going to pay people a good wage to work. 30 min after placing our order it came out and all wrong. The companies and investors take massive profits and dont pay their workers to provide quality.
Chicken was barley warm. Tacos tasteless. No napkins, instead had to ask and got paper towels like used in restroom. Pepsi was out along with other flavors in self dispenser. Hard to understand order clerk's broken English. Dress code seemed to be wearwhatever (sloppy casual). Tables were not clean. Now, one would think after a remodel, that management would staff accordinglyas if a Grand Reopening. Three years ago, I rated this store 1 star. Where is Taco Bell corporate, this store needs help.
We stopped here and went through the drive through on our way back from New York. It was about 6:30 and there were no cars in front of us. Waited at the drive up for about 5 minutes after being told they would be right with us. My wife ordered a K1which is a thigh and drumstick. She ordered 2 coleslaw with it. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal and then 2additional classic chicken sandwiches only. I was told they were out of buns for the third sandwich and they gave us 3 slidersinstead. The sliders might as well have been taken out of the freezer as they were stone cold. My wife got 2 wings thatlooked like they came off of a small sparrow in her box along with mashed instead of coleslaw no thigh no drumstick. It wasslow, this wasn't a complicated order. It took about 15 minutes to get the wrong items at a place that was dead. Now I see whyno one was there, the place is terrible.
