There were no cars ahead of us, but we still waited about 5 minutes after being told someone would be with us shortly. My wife ordered a K1 meal with a thigh and drumstick, plus two coleslaws. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal along with two extra classic chicken sandwiches. When I was told they were out of buns for the third sandwich, they gave us three sliders instead. The sliders were ice cold, as if taken straight from the freezer. My wife received two tiny wings that looked like they belonged to a sparrow, mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw, and no thigh or drumstick. The service was slow, even though our order was simple. It took about 15 minutes to get the wrong items at a nearly empty restaurant. Now I understand why no one was there—the place is terrible.

I've heard this complaint from several customers at this particular location during my time as a delivery driver.

There were no napkins available, so I had to ask and was given paper towels like those used in restrooms. The self-serve drink dispenser was out of Pepsi and other flavors. It was difficult to understand the order clerk due to broken English. The dress code appeared to be very casual and sloppy. The tables were dirty. After a remodel, you would expect the management to staff appropriately, as if for a grand reopening. Three years ago, I gave this location a 1-star rating. Taco Bell corporate needs to step in—this store really needs improvement.

I ordered 2 peices of original chicken and there was only 1 car infront of me at the window...30 mins...30 mins..not one person opened the window to talk to the car infront of me. I then went inside to find out what was going on, only to be spoken too very rude by the front counter employees. Let's just say I never got my order.KFC corporation really needs to rethink this franchise. Absolutely will not return to this location.Nevermind how dirty this restaurant is it was my first and last time...just plain gross ?
